the hotel was stylish and relaxing, and the staff were extremely helpful, appreciated the incredible location not far from a beautiful pedestrian street, ciudadela, and the centre of ciutadella. an electric kettle, a mini fridge bar, and air conditioner in our double room were useful during stay. exceptionally comfortable bed gave us a good nights sleep.

The bathroom only provided lukewarm or hot water, which may be an issue during hot weather when a cold shower would be more desirable.

They were quick to respond to our inquiries, even before our arrival. The location of the hotel was ideal, right in the heart of the town on a beautiful pedestrian street. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-insulated. The breakfast offered homemade and fresh food, and they even provided a doggy bag for our early departure.

The air conditioning in the room was a bit weak and the room itself was quite small. the blue paper flowers on the tables could be replaced with dried flowers for a more aesthetically pleasing touch.

Although we had a great experience, we did face a few issues during our stay. the pool slide lacked proper safety warnings, and we almost had an accident while using it.
